Logging a Complaint for an Audit

The first thing for logging a complaint in a recordable way, is to create your farm office as a field

Then in the activities tab of the farm office create a new activity, you then need to make a new activity type

It will then show like this

In the reason, create a new reason for each complaint and then expand upon that in the details 

To then show these complaints in a reportable way, go into your crop rotation and select the activity by field report

This will show the complaint as below giving both the reason and the description on the report
