How do I create an Order Note for Sprays

This will teach you how to create an order note for sprays from approved spray recommendations. Towards the end of this guidance you will see how to manually add/edit sprays on the order note.

Go to Reports and click on Spray Order Notes. It will bring up a page similar to that below which displays any order notes already created.

To create a new order note click on ADD and enter the date, urgency and comment as required before clicking on SAVE. 

A screen as shown below will display and here you can see the ‘Linked Recommendations’ and ‘Item List’. To link a recommendation, click on ADD towards the top of the screen. When you add a linked recommendation the system will automatically add the spray products and volumes required to fulfil the selected recommendations.

Select the relevant recommendations from the list displayed and click on ADD.

The order note will update and display the linked recommendations just selected as well as the products from those recommendations and volumes required as shown below.

If you want to add an item that is not in the linked recommendations then click ADD of the Item List and fill in the details required then SAVE.

If you want to adjust the volumes of a product from the linked recommendations then select the product in the Item List and EDIT.

This will bring up the current details to which you can amend as required. In the example below you will see that the user can note that 1 pack is in store hence the amount to order is reduced from 7 to 6.

To view the order note once completed, click on REPORT
